Jon London, District Councillor for Exning, Lead Campaigner for Newmarket and Exning

John is a parish and district councillor in Exning and has lived there for the past 15 years with his wife and two children. Before going into politics he worked in science communication, including doing workshops in schools and working on TV shows such as Brainiac. He was instrumental in getting the muddy path cleared between Stepping Stones and Exning Primary School to make it safer for parents with pushchairs and fixing lamposts in the Exning area.

He is also very active in solving issues reported to him by residents. He has a system where residents in Exning can report problems in the area and see the progress of what he is doing about it.
